Hi there! I am Tal. I grew up in Johannesburg, South Africa. I was introduced to music at an early age. My grandfather bought me a Casio CTK-660L keyboard for my 9th birthday and I have memories of spending hours at that keyboard in awe of all of the sounds I could produce. At 14, I chose  trumpet lessons at school and soon after, realised that music would play a big part in my life. I went on to study a Bachelor of Music at the University of the Witwatersrand where I majored in jazz performance. After my studies, I relocated to Tel Aviv where I attended Rimon School of Music. In 2021 I started a jazz fusion project under the name 'Spirits'. We released our first album Body Language in 2022. After working as a freelance musician in Israel for 3 years, I relocated to Amsterdam where I am now working as an assistant manager for an esteemed Amsterdam-based jazz pianist. Alongside this work, I am teaching trumpet and performing. I believe that my musical career up to this point has equipped me with the right skill set to help any artist achieve his/ her/ their goals. I am passionate about empowering artists to reach their fullest potential. ​
